speech is silver, silence is golden

Do you talk too much or do you just sit in one corner and wait?  Talk maybe beneficial but sometimes acquiescence or acceptance without protest may be the best option to take.  It’s a case to case basis indeed. 

Most of the times, people who talks too much never finishes his business but one who is silent and goes about his business quietly may be a very wise person.  Agree?
